Dhp9-127 : 악업을 피할 수 있는 곳은 이 세상 어느 곳에도 없다.

[Dhp9-127]

na antalikkhe na samuddamajjhe na pabbatānaṃ vivaraṃ pavissa

나    안딸릭케  나      사뭇다맛제    나     빱바따낭    위와랑    빠위싸

na vijjatī so jagatippadeso yatthaṭṭhito mucceyya pāpakammā.                  

나 윗자띠 소   자가띱빠데소    앗탓띠또      뭇쩨이야     빠빠깜마  

 

▣ 공중에도 바다 한가운데도 산의 굴에 들어가도 악업으로부터 자유로워질 수 있는 곳,   

    이 세상에 그런 곳은 존재하지 않는다.

▣ 악업을 피할 수 있는 곳은 공중에도 바다 한 가운데도 없고 산의 협곡에 들어가도 없으니,

    이 세상 어느 곳에도 없다.

▣ Neither in the sky nor in mid-ocean, nor by entering into mountain clefts,

    nowhere in the world is there a place where one may escape from the results of evil deeds.
