aṭṭhīnaṃ nagaraṃ kataṃ maṃsalohitalepanaṃ

앗티낭 나가랑 까땅 망살로히딸레빠낭

yattha jarā ca maccu ca māno makkho ca ohito.

얏타 자라 짜 맛쭈 짜 마노 막코 짜 오히또

▣ 이 몸은 살과 피로 덮여 있고 뼈로 쌓아올린 하나의 성곽. 그 안에 교만과 비방, 늙음과 죽음이 함께

머무르고 있구나.

▣ 뼈로 만들어지고 피와 살로 덧칠해진 도시, 거기에 늙음과 죽음과 자만과 위선이 감추어져 있다.
